Anne Hogan Perry is a globally recognized luxury real estate expert, with over 1.75 billion dollars in career sales. Born and raised in Hawaii, Anne is one of the few agents who has lived on Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai and sold properties on all four islands. This experience, combined with three decades in real estate, give her a rare insider’s view of the unique market and lifestyle offerings on each island. She knows where to find the best sunsets and sunrises. She knows which areas have offshore wind or onshore wind. And if a client wants to live near a certain kind of surf? An accomplished triathlete, she has competed in several elite triathlons and canoe paddling races, including the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Ironman Half Ironman World Championships, Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon and Na Wahine O Ke Kai, the world’s most prestigious women’s outrigger canoe race.
